We are covered by the Credit Ombudsman (COSL) and the ombudsman can be contacted through their website www.creditombudsman.com.au. This is a free service where you may lodge a complaint against us or any other member of the finance industry where you have any issues that have not been resolved. (As a first step you are expected to contact the party involved and work with them to resolve the issue before contacting the ombudsman)
